Administrator Application

Purpose of Application

Administrator privileges allow managing all accounts under the associated organizations, including creating, disabling, and modifying accounts. Accounts with administrator privileges also have the same functional permissions as organization accounts, enabling direct management of OSH Personnel Reporting and Occupational Injury Reporting operations.

Workflow Description

1.Organizations that wish to apply for administrator privileges should send an email to the Smart Cloud customer service mailbox (isafe_osha@tradevan.com.tw). The application email must include the following information:

(1)Contact Person

(2)Contact Phone Number

(3)Contact Email

(4)Head Office Name, Unified Business No. , and Labor Insurance Number

(5)Branch Office Name, Unified Business No. , and Labor Insurance Number

Example Email Subject: [XXXX Co., Ltd. — Application for Smart Cloud Administrator Account]

2.After the Intelligent Cloud Customer Service receives the application email, it will reply via email with the “Business Unit List,” “Business Unit Consolidated Application Form,” and “Business Unit Consolidated Authorization Letter”.

3.Upon receiving the reply, the organization should refer to the List of Organizations and complete both the Consolidated Application Form for Organizations and the Consolidated Authorization Form for Organizations as follows:

(1)List of Organizations:If the organization’s information already exists in the Smart Cloud system but is not listed, please add it to the list and make a note. If any listed organization does not belong to your company, please mark it for deletion in the list.

(2)Consolidated Application Form for Organizations:Please specify one primary (head office) account.

(If the head office does not yet have an account, please specify one existing organization account to be used as the administrator account.)

(3)Consolidated Authorization Form for Organizations:Each branch office must complete one authorization form.

4.After completing and stamping the Consolidated Application Form and Authorization Form, send them to the Smart Cloud service mailbox. If there are additions or deletions in the List of Organizations, please attach the updated list as well. After review and activation, a confirmation email will be sent. (If all documents are complete, the review will be finished within 7 business days.)

Case Workflow

  • Email Application for Administrator Access

    Send an email to the customer service mailbox to request administrator access.

  • Fill Out Application and Authorization Forms

    Refer to the organization list provided by customer service and complete the application and authorization forms.

  • Submit Application

    After completing and stamping the forms, send them back to the customer service mailbox to complete the application.

  • Account Activation

    Once activation is complete, the organization will be notified by email.
